Keen on Sales but Not So Interested in Customer Support

Of the many hobby shops I have done business with over the years, this is the only hobby shop I have found so far that I won't patronize in the future: I purchased a quadcopter package from them that included a package discount via a coupon code. I used their support link to ask why that coupon code was ignored during checkout. (I didn't really get the discount.) No reply. I also sent support an e-mail asking why their shipment was taking so long: No reply. Later, I bought a 10-inch FVP view monitor from them specifically because they advertised that it never blue screens. It does, and constantly. In fact, it is just a generic, unmodified monitor. I contacted support about this too: No reply. I have never gotten a single response from Wow Hobbies about any of these issues. There are so many other hobby shops out there that do a good job supporting their customers that there is no reason to do business with a company like Wow Hobbies that is focused exclusively on sales and flatly ignores customer support concerns.
