Worst company to have to deal with EVER!!!

This company is a shill company that is trying to bill me and my insurance company for services that have NEVER been rendered, then when the representatives (Amanda K) in billing disputes is made aware of the FRAUD, she stops answering her phone. HORRIBLE COMPANY PRACTICES... Trash for responsibility in owning there own lies...
