Manager left untrained employees with store full of customers.

I went to kays in Stamford Connecticut in town fair mall to return & buy other items. The manager left the store in the middle of my sale with a new employee. She didn't have a clue on what to do I was there for almost 2 hours. When the manager returned I asked him why would he leave in the middle of a big sale and with someone new who doesn't know what she's doing he then said all his employee are well trained. I was upset and said clearly she's not or I wouldn't still be her. He then canceled my online order. At that point I was really upset after all that time trying to make that order. I left the store for a split second he had the employee in the back having a talk with her because she was well trained as he said. The manager need to be fired for losing 4 sales and not training his employees.
