SnoreMD device has a big problem.

I have used SnoreRX and it works well but is too large for my mouth. I tried the SnoreMD but it did not work, as the jaw advance calibration slipped with very mild pressure on both of the devices that I purchased. I contacted the Company several times and my messages were ignored. I liked everything else about the SnoreMD and really wish that the Company would fix the problem.
