I sat in the emergency room for 4 hours.

I sat in the emergency room for 4 hours in severe pain. Wasn't given anything but I v fluid.

I would like BETTER SERVICE and not rude nurses shouldn't be here if they don't want to help people in pain with different emotions and injuries.

Soon as I came in the hospital a nurse walked in my room in the west wing being very demanding and rude. I asked for the names of the nurses and they didn't want to give me their names for some reason and when I asked to speak with the charge nurse they kept telling me she's busy. Four time I came for help not attitudes.
