Mortgage Consumer Advocate/promises, lies and fraud
I am a pretty smart, educated and intelligent Realtor with years of experience. I was in a desperate situation and made a desperate decision. I contacted the famous Ken S. Michaels of Mortgage Makeovers and mouth piece for New American Funding on the radio every Sunday morning. He promised to resolve the issue, it would take $2500 up front, refundable of course if it did not happen, the sooner the money was delivered, the sooner it would be accomplished. All was done as requested, it is now 7 months later and although he keeps saying it is in process and preliminary paperwork to be delivered shortly I am starting to have severe pangs. I just did a research on this Ken Michaels and I find him in so many Rip Off reports, and complaints, nevertheless he is still this big guru on the radio who seems to know it all and have a solution for everybody. Why would New American Funding use someone that has ripped off so many people use this kind of person to promote their services? Unless they are mixed up in this scam as well??? I still prefer that a miracle might take place and Ken Michael will come through, if not I will not leave any stone unturned to let everyone know about his MORTGAGE CONSUMER ADVOCACY and true concern and services for the home owner. I am close to retirement, on a very limited income, out $2500 and this guy has been leading me on for the past 7 months!!
