Take these commercials off TV it has nothing to do with insurance

All these commercials they show on TV has nothing to do with insurance by Liberty mutual they're at a bowling alley he's working under a car they're sitting on a bench in New York City across from the Statue of Liberty they have already and I'm tired of seeing these commercials on TV to where they don't make sense and have nothing to do with insurance so I'd appreciate it if you take the stupid things off of TV

This agency needs to be investigated. The policies are extremely high and claims are very rarely paid. The elderly are prayed upon through this company with scare tactics and shady agents. When I tried to contact the agent that sold my elderly mother the two over priced policy, I was told he was no longer employed and the the office he worked out of no longer existed. We filed a claim for water damage in my mother's SC home and when we called to file the agent immediately stated that it most likely would be denied due to a seepage clause. I had never heard of that and do not have it on any policies for our real estate in MA. The claim has been denied and there is no appeal process.
