WARNING...NEVER ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY
IF I COULD GIVE A RATING THAT IS LESS THAT POOR, I WOULD. THIS COMPANY IS A FRAUD. NEVER ORDER ANYTHING FROM THEM AS THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND NEVER SEND YOU PRODUCT. I ORDERED SOMETHING ON SEPTMEBER 6, 2014, AND I HAVE NEVER RECEIVED IT. I HAVE SENT THEM EMAILS ASKING WHERE THE PRODUCT IS AND THEY HAVE NEVER ONCE REPLYED. I ALSO TRIED CALLING THEM AND EVERYTIME I CALLED A MESSAGAE CAME ON SAYING THAT THEIR MAILBOX IS FULL AND CAN NOT ACCEPT MESSAGES. NEVER ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY AS YOU WILL LOSE YOUR MONEY LIKE I DID.

I visited the HD Beauty Supply website on March 31, 2014 to order product. They debited my bank account April 1, 2014. They never shipped the product. After several months of demanding my product, I asked for a full refund. I did receive my refund after several emails demanding it. It was very stressful, I suggest that you don't order product online. My personal suggestion to this company is to debit the account for the purchase at time of shipping. If the product is on back order notify the customer immediately - do NOT debit their bank account. Respond to all emails ASAP and clear out your voicemail box every day. It certainly appears that you have problems when your voice mail is continually full day after day. Customer service is the most important aspect of your business. Oh and a business license is a necessity. Become the local authority on beauty products for the consumer, that should increase your business.
