They came in to our restaurant during a busy time and represented themselves to my manager on duty as Fire inspectors to do a "requested" inspection for the Fire Department.

My manager on duty was asked to sign a receipt of inspection and was not shown charges she was signing for. They filled in the charge amount after she signed.
They then sent us a bill 30 days later for $295.00 dollars for their 20 minute walk through. It almost got through our accounting due to the official nature of the billing.

I have called their calling center service and requested a representative to call me 5 times now in the past 30 days.
I did receive a call back until after call number 4 two weeks ago and was told that the charge would be removed.
I just received a past due statement with a TRW credit notice on it for a past due amount.

Ironically the Fire Department did come in a week ago and found two of our fire extinguishers out of date. If you are going to do a phony service at least do it right!
