I have recently completed a lengthy association with Executive Financial Enterprises and would like to commend them based on my experiences with their management and staff during those several years, and in particular Ms. Mona Andrews, founder of EFE. I was always treated with courtesy and fairness. As I was under the burden of a large delinquent indebtedness, it would have been easy to expect a certain amount of bullying and threats, but this was never the case. In the beginning, when I was in my worst financial position, they worked with me to reach a repayment plan acceptable to all concerned. I can imagine, based on what I've read, that a debt collection relationship can be extremely stressful and confrontational; by contrast, I found that I actually looked forward to our occasional telephonic conversations. Regardless of to whom I spoke, the results were always the same: reasonable, helpful and courteous. This company should be a beacon in the world of debt collection!

I highly recommend Executive Financial Enterprises, Inc. for all collections for small businesses. They are utterly professional in dealing with both their clients and the debtors themselves. We like to try to resolve most issues with our clients, but when we need to call in the "big guns" on hard to collect accounts, I send them right to Executive Financial Enterprises, Inc. to take care of!
