I was introduced to Exclusive Tile Concepts by a friend who recently had work done by them. She told me with confidence that a very good job would be done for me. Mr. Burton (the owner) came, saw the job and explained everything to me. He took the time to bring me some samples and started the work. I felt comfortable leaving the workmen in the house the first two days while the tile was being removed. Once the job was completed, the premises were left clean and tidy. I was satisfied with the price quoted to complete the work. Everyone I dealt with was polite and accommodating. I in turn would recommend this company without hesitation.

Jonathan Burton obviously cares about his customers and does good work!

I have used the company’s services twice now. The first time, they remodeled my master bathroom. I was so pleased, that I decided to hire them to add travertine in my downstairs area. This required them to remove the existing carpet in that area and lay down the travertine flooring. A portion of that area already had travertine flooring and I wanted it to match as close as possible. He was able to match the color and I was so happy with the job. Jonathan Burton is a really nice man. He is very easy to work with and obviously cares about his customers. He was available to speak to if I had any questions or would return my call as soon as possible. His crew is very responsible and they cleaned up at the end of each day and left everything neat. I have been able to refer his services to my friends and family who were looking for a good company.
