Customer Care at it's Best!

We have a wonderful home in Fountain Valley, CA. Over five years ago, in May of 2009 my wife and I were looking to upgrade the exterior appearance of our then 36 year old home. We looked at various options and settled on Alcoa vinyl coated siding and trim with Better Home Exteriors. Fast forward to September of 2014 the siding and trim looks just as great as the day it was installed, except I noticed that the trim and wrap on the beams over our front porch was beginning to sag and discolor. I called and spoke with the owner Cecil Calhoun. Cecil promptly came by to take a look and within 2 days his contractor was removing all of the beam wrap and discovered the wood underneath in serious condition. At NO COST to me, Cecil replaced all 5 deteriorating beams, acknowledging that this is what should have been done in the first place. This was probably several hundred if not several thousands of dollars’ worth of rework. This is truly a man and a company that stands behind their work and takes care of their customers. It's not often that you find this level of service and care. I would highly recommend Better Home Exteriors.
