Take legal action, close the campaign down at the given call centers in Tijuana, Mexico.
This is a shady company, they tell customers they located in 15400 Sherman Way UNIT 300, Van Nuys, CA 91406, United States but that is a lie. I worked with them, they have the main headquarters in Van Nuys but the people managing these accounts are located in 2 different call centers in Tijuana, Mexico. Baja Call Center located in Galeana 7ma, Tijuana, Baja California, Mexico on the 6th floor. Totally unprofessional people handle these accounts. And the other call center ;CCSI located in Call Center Services International (Otay), Ave. Universidad 13021 Parque Industrial Internacional Tijuana, Otay Centenario, 22424 Tijuana, B.C. The main reason I complain about this campaign is they lack professionalism, and it's kind of shady having people who were basically deported from the U.S managing delicate information such as Social Security Numbers, Driver's license, Addresses stuff that can be replicated or copied for their benefits. They can use credit card information or banking information and pay things out of state, this I know because they have most of them working from home. I stopped working with this company for personal reasons with management at these call centers, they not fit to handle this company. Or if they do, handle the company information at the proper State. They put interest rate high, and people can't pay these loans off. If not they repo their cars, i know this because i was an agent who submitted this particular process, can't live with that in mind.
