Very professional and all aroung generous!

I joined Wholesale Music Warehouse back in 2014, I've always had a passion to be a business owner and service people. I love people and I love to help people. So, Ive put my fingers to work and was searching and searching for wholesale leads. I came across their website and read their introduction and said well lets give them a try. Honestly I liked what I read and saw and I remember saying to myself, "yeah right this cant be real" everyone would be doing this! So to make a long story short I talked to Kelly Ferguson and her attitude was above and beyond expected. I remember she had briefly put me on hold to do something and Rob Ferguson got on the phone and asked was I helped and I told him yes thank you. She helped me and she spoke very clear, she made sure I understood what she was saying and she asked if I had any questions. I love that, I love great customer service. I didn't do too much business at that time to some difficult times. I came across their number and gave them a call, but since then their number have changed, so I googled their number and gave them a call today. Rob Ferguson picked up and greeted me nicely and I asked to speak to Kelly after a few minutes it was like long ago, she still had that great attitude and you can hear the compassion in her voice to help me. She was trying to remember who I was because it was so long ago, when we went down memory lane with my information then she remembered me. we laughed and just had a good time on the phone getting me back together. Wholesale Music Warehouse is a awesome company and would recommend them to any and everyone!
