Unprofessional treatment of customers by one of their employees.

My mother shops at Organic Roots about every two weeks or so and usually takes my son with her while I am at my job. My mother came home a couple weeks ago upset about one of their employee's who had called a lady the "N" word as she was walking out the door in front of my 12 year old son who is African American. This is unacceptable for a employee to behave that way in a general public workspace. This last Saturday, my mother and son had attempted to pick up a few things from what used to be my mother's favorite store and she changed plans when she got close enough to the door and noticed the racist employee still working the register as if nothing derogatory had happened. I would like Organic Roots to remove this women from the general public workspace or transfer her to another store so my mother will not feel uncomfortable and humiliated when she tries to shop for groceries at her favorite store. I believe my mother said the women's name was Sarah. This is very unprofessional and not what you would expect from a family owned business.
