Outstanding company and owner

Hard to write a review when all the superlatives you want have been used repeatedly by others. That said, we recently experienced a leak in our tile roof over our master bedroom. Brian came out, walked the roof and took photos of problem areas, explained what was needed and gave us a quote. His employees carried out the repairs over the next two days. They were VERY professional, arrived on time, cleaned things up well and did an outstanding job. Brian is a gentleman who answers all of your questions and does business the "old fashioned" way....a handshake and no "up front" monies....payment due only when the job completed. He provided us multiple pictures of the repairs during and after same. I was impressed to find that there are still contractors out there that you feel comfortable with and trust from the moment you meet them...a rarity in this day and age. i would have no trouble recommending Latchford with NO reservations.
