Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. fake company

sent them a mail and came back returned they obviously are fake company. called the number and again only voice mails at all hours of day. avoid, hope no one gets scammed by the fake company. they should take the web site down if they are not in business any more. i have every reason to say they are running a scam still taking credit card orders but scamming people with no one answering the phones. never i will do business again such a scam company.
