Amazon is constantly leaving packages where they are not supposed to be left

Amazon is constantly leaving packages where they are not supposed to be left. I have very specific instructions on my account where to leave them and they just don't seem to want to take the time. A month ago I had three packages stolen because they're leaving them in the wrong place. Last night I was on the phone for 59 minutes with three different customer service representatives because they did not deliver my package that I ordered specifically to be delivered between 5 PM and 10 PM last night. I got an email that I opened at approximately 845 pm last night saying that they tried to deliver it at 8:15 but there was not a safe place to leave it. Number one,, if they read my instructions, there's a very safe place to leave it. Number two they were at the wrong door, but there was my doorbell right there they could've buzzed my doorbell , so instead of receiving my package that I paid extra for last night I received it today and lo and behold where was it ,,,not in the right spot AGAIN,,out front where anybody could take it. After spending 59 minutes on the phone with three different customer representatives, it got delivered to the wrong place and this is not the first time. I know they are a huge company, but something needs to be done. It is absolutely ridiculous. reporting it to Amazon, does absolutely positively no good whatsoever. They say the same thing as the other person they're going to file a report it's the same thing over and over and over again and nothing.
