I was lied by T-Mobile 4 times in getting my 600.00 rebate after the salesman failed to tell me I have only 30 days to file. When I called back they said they will honor it and give me a free month. I got the free month but received no 600.00 card as promised. Resolution Sought Sue T-Mobile and make them pay everyone they lied to.

Went to the metro t-mobile store in fayetteville, i brought a phone and took it back to the store! And the store manager refused to return my finances! I showed the manager my receipt and they refused to return my refund! Resolution Sought The store manager was very disrespectful and had a very nasty attitude! And didn't refund my finances!
