I recently joined Pcgs and purchased a gold membership. I recently had a 1944 steel penny graded through Anacs 7404585 and they gave it a grade of N8 and said it was a coin that I had to send to Pcgs because of the oversize holders I submitted my coins on May8th and the 4 coins I submitted was a 1943 copper penny which is 2,000,000 the 1944 steel penny that weighs 2.5 grams is worth $400000 which Anacs told me to send. A cameo 1872 Indian head penny worth $130000 and a 1958 double die wheat cent. For two months I called and they told me everything was okay. Then out of nowhere everything went wrong. A lady called and said Pcgs will not put there names on my coins so stop calling and hung up. This is a sign of racism false advertisement. Pcgs is supposed to guarantee the grade not have someone call and be so disrespectful. Finally a black male has a chance to be famous for finding something RarePcgs is against blacks getting treated fairly. I just received my coins back. I haven't even open the package yet. Resolution Sought Pcgs" guarantee policy was terribly broken with disrespect racism and dishonesty. They control everything and they never thought for a second a black male would own Rare Coins. They literally disrespected and spit in my face. I with the help of the bureau I can get the $4,000,000 that I have the coins and the proof is on the table. I plan on donating a million to The Bureau to make sure Everyone will be treated fairly. I also notified 13wmaz and they referred me . Thank you .

I submitted four coins to pcgs in the last week of April 2022 the service was said to take two months, I work and was deployed four months OCONUS with my union and did contract Since the 9th of Sept. 2022 I have attempted communication with this organization. a Spam call I reject cited for spam caller i.d. was a single callback yet several 6 or more emails and 12 call attempts to resolve the , Lost coins " issue proven unsuccessful Resolution Sought I need them to assist with information of the said shipment in order to track the whereabouts
