Complainants allege the company contacts them claiming to be representatives of the venue or booking agents for upcoming events claiming hotel accommodations are unavailable or they can obtain room discounts by booking with the representative. Consumer’s later find out the company has no affiliation with the event and obtaining refunds is difficult as the company charges a cancellation fee of 25%.~~
