A big help with my 7 hotel franchises

I am the owner of 7 hotel franchises in San Diego and needed funding for remodeling (new TVs, furniture and signage, etc.) Five of the seven locations are doing excellent, but there was no way I was gonna get enough money to remodel all seven of them. I did a Google search and saw Balboa capital for hotel franchise financing options. What immediately caught my eye was they are the finance partner for my main hotel competition, which I will not name in my review. That was good enough for me. I applied for my loan and got my deal funded in 6 days. This is a really good company for hotel franchise financing. I can't thank them enough.

Smoother than any bank

Balboa Capital set me up with a loan for $42,000 to buy a concession trailer, and it worked just fine. It went smoother than any bank. It was very easy to do - they are on the West Coast and I am on the East Coast. I will recommend Balboa Capital to all my friends, and anytime I need to get a loan in a short amount of time, I’m gonna go to Balboa Capital.
