Just need to have better customer service

Needed help with a problem with my cell phone was but on hold was hung up on several times was told to have someone else to long on the app because they kept telling me that I was hitting the password wrong. Was also told that the problem was fixed but yet the problem still exists and to start the process allover again for the third time

I suggest no ever use T Mobile money. The card is not secure. And if unauthorized charges are made they take 90days to issue provisional credits. So if you get scammed, just know that T Mobile money does not have your back. They will give you the run around and claim that federal regulations allow them 90days to return unauthorized funds... Better stick with Chime.... They are much more trustworthy
