I signed contract with this company they did nothing for me whatsoever but aggravate me by not answering the phone. Then they broke our contract without notifying me I would like to lodge a complaint against this company to close them down due to their history with the United States. This is from the UK And they should've by our laws over here by notifying both parties by registered mail and they never did that. They claim they lost contact with me but I have security footage of my conversation with them which really I have two complaints. 1 They would not respond to their calls 2 They broke our contract without notifying me by registered mail Resolution Sought I would like to have them pay me $4000 +3 +3 times that for making me pay over $20,000 with my Ira $.

I had an agreement to resolve my tax issue… I paid over 4500.00 and NOTHING has been done. I spoke with the IRS they never got power of attorney on my tax acct. Nothing was done on my account from Optima Tax Relief… None of the back taxes were filed… I would like a refund. I am currently working with the IRS TO RESOLVE THE ISSUE. Resolution Sought I would like a refund.
