Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. If they are considering doing business with the company, consumers can use this indicator to forecast the likelihood of having their issues addressed if a problem arises. CRI measures the company's customer satisfaction abilities through BCA’s complaint mediation process.

I went to legal zoom to get a complete dissolution of my LLC. I contacted customer support chat and asked if the package included both state and irs for closing the business and dissolving and was told that it did. After being told that, I purchased the package and weeks later received a letter showing a state filing for dissolution but nothing more. There were steps on how I will need to contact the IRS to close with them. I contacted chat again and let them know I was told it included both irs and state before purchasing and was informed that it only included state and I would not get a refund because it was "completed". I was lied to and told wrong misleading information in order to purchase a package that did not meet my needs. Resolution Sought Give me a refund for misleading and lying to me so that I would purchase the package.

I paid for a Registered Agent through Legal Zoom. I was told this is required for my LLC in my state and that the main objective of a Registered Agent is responsible for receiving important legal and tax-related documents, such as court summonses, subpoenas, or tax notifications, on behalf of your business. The state has sent me/my RA correspondence and is now awaiting response from my RA. I found out the address and phone number they gave me for my RA belongs to another unrelated company (Janusfield). I was told there is no way to talk to my Registered Agent or get in touch with them after several calls and emails. I now have this RA on my state LLC documents and I am finding out they do not exist. The address is not real, they don't have a name, a phone number to be reached. I was scammed into thinking I was being represented. Now my business paperwork is messed up, and I need to pay for a new Registered Agent. I have saved and screenshoted all correspondence with this company about this issue. I don't want others to get scammed the way I did. They are still using Janusfield company's address (500 N Michigan Ave. Suite 536 Chicago, IL 60611) claiming it as their RA address. Resolution Sought I would like a refund for my $299 annual fee.
